Our flagship media production workforce program teaches youth and adults with disabilities to direct, produce, edit, and market their own content. Participants build visual résumés, practice elevator pitches, and earn real industry credits alongside professional filmmakers.

Participants learn to build and monetize their personal brand using the same tools industry professionals use. From DIY merchandise and drop shipping to marketing their own films, scripts, and books, we teach real income skills that last a lifetime.
